The committee meeting of the Clarion-Limestone Area School District Board of School Directors was called to order by President Robert Sawyer at 8:20 PM in the Clarion-Limestone Area High School cafeteria.

Members Present: John Hamilton, Bill Holabaugh, Randy Alderton, Molly Greenawalt, Fred Port, Robert Sawyer

Members Absent: Gene Smith, Mark Angel, Mike Cyphert

Administration Present: Theodore Pappas, Superintendent

Brenda Reitz, Business Manager

Donna Smith, Board Secretary

Faculty Present: Mary Faulk

Others Present: Wendy Kennedy, Brian Caldwell, Val Miller, Jamie Mahle

AGENDA REVIEWED

The board reviewed the draft agenda for the October 15, 2008 regular board meeting.

All agenda items were noted and the Lutherlyn trip was discussed briefly including the stipend that would be paid to the chaperones.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 8:27 PM on a motion made by Molly Greenawalt, seconded by John Hamilton, and affirmed by all.
