President Robert Sawyer called the committee meeting of the Clarion-Limestone Area School District Board of School Directors to order at 8:30 PM in the Clarion-Limestone Area High School cafeteria.

PUBLIC COMMENT
The following persons provided public comment:
Jamie Hesdon, Clarion Township, provided an update to the board on the success of the Booster Club sponsored golf outing and addressed the board on establishing effective communication between the district and residents.
Bonnie Hubauer, Clarion Township, provided an update on the Pep band.
REVIEW OF AGENDA
The board reviewed the draft agenda for the September 17, 2008 regular board meeting. The board held discussion on all agenda items including the annual list of chaperones as well as the process of filing for an exception under Act 1.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 P.M. on a motion made by Mark Angel, seconded by Mike Cyphert, and affirmed by all.
