Cross-Country

Words from the coaches 
Our 2006 season started in June with the summer fun runs at Coach Schirmers house and here at our cross country course
The runners endured the summer heat and thunderstorms but always stepped up to the challenge. 

We have a strong core of veteran runners returning, looking to make some big improvements to their personal best times. 

We also have many new faces to our team that are learning a lot about the sport of running. 

This team will be looking to make some big gains in the KSAC this year.

We traveled to Heinz Field to run the Steelers 5k for our first team run. We will be traveling to the

 Slippery Rock and Ridgeway Invitationals this year. 
We hope to finish our season off with a trip to chocolate town.
