Classroom Celebrations of Special Days

In order to include all students fairly in sharing holiday treats with the class, we will try to follow the schedule below, if possible. Your child should bring a treat to share with the class on the holiday where his/her name is listed. I will always furnish fruit drinks for the students. There are 16 students in our class.

At Christmas, we will have a simple gift exchange. Girls will draw girls’ names, and boys will draw boys’ names for the exchange.

On Valentine’s Day we will exchange valentines. If necessary, an updated class list will be sent home in February to help students as they address their valentines.

If we need to change the date of a classroom party, I will send a note home.
